HR Operations Specialist / SME

3–6 years

Process ownership, quality control & analytical contribution

• Serve as subject matter expert for HR Admin processes across assigned markets

• Manage SLAs and quality metrics; own root-cause analysis for failures

• Create and maintain process documentation (SOPs, process maps, RACI)

• Support ServiceNow HRSD knowledge base development and article quality review

• Contribute to L4/L5 global process design with GPOs

• Mentor SPEs and PEs; support onboarding of new hires

• Partner with Workday team on business process changes and testing

• Deep Workday HCM expertise (Core HCM, security, EIB uploads)

• ServiceNow HRSD — workflow ownership, catalogue management

• Strong analytical skills — SLA tracking, trend identification

• Process documentation and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma awareness)

• Influencing skills across multi-geography stakeholders
