Network Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Network Solution Architect to join us at Telia.

I’m Mindaugas Zlatarinskas, IT Solutions Manager, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a forward-thinking team focused on designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

This role is a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions. You will:

• Architect custom network solutions that align with customer business needs, considering future scalability and budget.
• Oversee the deployment of network solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Provide ongoing support for network project team during the time of your project implementation.
• Present solutions in a way that’s clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition.
  
  

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security best practices.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: traditional networking, data center networks, virtualization networks (e.g., VMware NSX), Kubernetes networks (e.g., OpenShift, Tanzu), or public cloud networks (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Business acumen: understanding how technical solutions impact business goals and ROI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly to various audiences.

Monthly salary range for this position - 4200-6400 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
