Fincons is looking for a BUSINESS MANAGER
Tasks
Testing Activities
- Test Case Development: Assist in defining and documenting the required test cases.
- Execution & Verification: Perform core system and transversal end-to-end testing of the new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution alongside internal personnel.
- Defect Management: Document testing results, assist in identifying system issues, and generate validation outputs and issue logs.
Knowledge Hub Development & Management
- Platform Architecture: Structure and build a dedicated PPM knowledge hub using MS SharePoint.
- Content Creation: Produce and update informational assets covering:
- PPM system usage (including video content, screenshots, and to-be workflows).
- PM² and Agile methodologies.
- Role-specific materials tailored for Project Managers, PMOs, and Executive Sponsors.
- Migration & Maintenance: Transition relevant legacy content into the new hub and manage continuous documentation updates.
Training & User Adoption
- Collateral Development: Create comprehensive training assets, including user manuals, instructional guides, and dedicated user onboarding packs.
- Delivery & Go-Live Assistance: Provide active support during training sessions and offer direct user assistance throughout the official system go-live window.
Stakeholder Communication & Project Support
- Governance Facilitation: Prepare steering committee presentations and supporting governance materials.
- Change Management: Draft stakeholder communication materials and provide targeted support to change management and project delivery teams.
- General PM Support: Deliver ad-hoc assistance to daily project management workflows.
SKILLS REQUIRED
• University degree in IT or related discipline
• ≥3 years in business analysis
• Proven experience in the definition of requirements for improving processes and systems.
• Experience in determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders.
• Advantageous: experience in public financial institutions
