🔎 We are looking for a Mid Backend Developer (Java & Batch)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications with a strong focus on Java and batch processing

• Develop and maintain solutions using Java, Spring Boot 3, and Spring Batch

• Build and integrate REST APIs to support business applications and services

• Participate in the design and implementation of scalable and high-performance backend systems

• Manage application deployments and releases using XL Deploy and XL Release

• Work with SQL databases to develop, optimize, and maintain queries and data processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and application issues

• Ensure code quality through best development practices, code reviews, and testing

• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Backend Development

• Strong experience with Java and Spring Framework technologies

• Hands-on experience with Spring Batch and Spring Boot 3

• Experience with Maven and GIT

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

• Experience with XL Deploy and XL Release

• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Fluent Portuguese and English

Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days/week in the office)
