Scrum Master with PMO Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
• Proven experience in project management or PMO activities (planning, tracking, reporting)
• Ability to identify, manage, and remove impediments effectively
• Experience working in IT / software development environments (preferred)
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
• Ability to support and coach Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with risk tracking, dependency management, and status reporting
