Product Manager — D365 F&O (ERP) & Azure EDI

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform across ALTEX, Media Galaxy, and Brico Depot, defining priorities, roadmap, and platform evolution.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Retail Operations to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.
• Lead the Azure EDI integration landscape, ensuring reliable connectivity between ERP, suppliers, partners, and retail systems.
• Provide technical leadership for ERP initiatives by reviewing solution designs, validating architecture decisions, and coordinating internal teams and implementation partners.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft and external vendors, including escalations, release planning, and service delivery governance.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the ERP ecosystem, including incident management, maintenance planning, and operational resilience.
• Drive the adoption of modern Microsoft technologies and automation opportunities across the ERP landscape.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including experience in Product Owner, ERP Lead, or Solution Architect roles.
• Strong knowledge of D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory) and solid technical understanding of integrations, customization, and ERP architecture.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services and EDI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Retail or distribution experience, with a strong understanding of supply chain, inventory, and supplier integration processes.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
• Experience managing ERP roadmaps, priorities, and delivery processes.
• Fluent Romanian and strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft certifications, AX 2012 to D365 F&O migration experience, or experience with large-scale retail implementations.
• Exposure to Power Platform, AI/Copilot, or modern cloud ERP ecosystems.
