We are hiring a Data Analyst and Data Scientist to join our Worldwide Sales Business Administration team!

We have an exciting role to join our Sales Business Administration and Operations team in Barcelona Spain where you will work directly with the Global Inside Sales team to provide Data Analysis as well as assistance and sales transaction support for all customer engagements.

Your Missions

  • Summarize sales data and insights using dashboards and intelligence gathered across the business
  • Development and support of business-critical data models and dashboards necessary for supporting the Business Development Hub Inside Sales and Sales Operations functions
  • Reveal hidden data value and assist operational teams through to senior management with discovery analytics, predictions and recommendations
  • Document and deliver data summary, comprehensive insights and business intelligence necessary to support the growth of the Business Development Hub organization.
  • Provide sales transaction support across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of opportunities, orders, renewals, and revenue bookings.
  • Monitor and support forecast and pipeline accuracy across sales teams, brands, industries, and customer engagement models.
  • Leverage KPIs, reporting, and data analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for Sales Management.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across forecasting, pipeline, customer, and opportunity management processes.
  • Analyse sales performance, pipeline trends, customer activity, and revenue metrics to identify business improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure business documentation, opportunity records, WIN Plans, Score Cards, and sales processes remain compliant with company guidelines and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Management teams to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.

Your qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Business Administration, Revenue Operations, Sales Support, or a similar business environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of data quality and accuracy.
  • Eager to stay on the edge of knowledge & know-how as regards machine learning / deep learning technologies, self-learning profile.
  • Experience building and optimizing ‘Big Data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets.
  • A successful history of manipulating, processing and extracting value from large disconnected datasets.
  • Expertise SQL development using stored procedures & frameworks.
  • Experience working with large-scale data processing and storage as well as coding with Python scripting
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with sales teams, management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to identifying operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, forecasting processes, pipeline management, and sales performance measurement is highly desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for combining business operations excellence with data analysis to support business growth and revenue achievement.
  • Language: English mandatory, Spanish preferable but not essential
