About the Role-We are hiring: Software Engineer 8+ years of experience – Interior Lighting & Power Systems. Join a cross-functional product team developing next-generation interior features for modern vehicles. You’ll work in an international environment, collaborating closely with SW/HW teams, test facilities, and program management to deliver high-quality illumination and power outlet solution.
Responsibility:-
- Develop and integrate software for interior lighting & power outlets
- Break down requirements into system solutions
- Manage traceable requirements (CarWeaver or similar)
- Define test strategies & review system validation results
- Ensure system design alignment, interfaces, and signal data bases
- Perform system safety activities (SFMEA, IRA,etc.)
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innov
Qualificatation:-
Degree in Electronics, Software, Mechatronics, or similar
Required Skills:-
- Experience in automotive/embedded software development
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Technical skills: Vector tools (e.g.,CANoe)
- Requirement tools (CarWeaver or equivalent)
- Signal/database systems (e.g., Elektra or equivalent)
