The role

This company is building the AI platform that lets anyone create production-ready software from plain English. They serve 2 million users across 200+ countries, with one of the fastest-growing engineering teams in AI. They're solving a hard problem at significant scale, backed by leading investors.

You'll own the infrastructure that powers continuous AI agent workloads at high throughput. This means designing runtime environments, building a multi-cloud sandbox scheduler, and owning network architecture. It's a bottom-of-the-stack role: preventing infrastructure from becoming the bottleneck for product growth. This isn't about configuring managed services. It's about designing and building systems from the ground up, making critical trade-offs, and driving reliability across the entire engineering org.

The work

• Design and operate secure, containerised runtime environments for AI agent workloads across GCP, AWS, and Cloudflare.
• Build a multi-cloud, high-throughput, production-grade sandbox scheduler.
• Own the network infrastructure and cloud strategy, making critical architectural decisions.
• Harden the platform against failures, proactively preventing incidents before they occur.
• Drive reliability improvements across all engineering teams, ensuring the platform scales ahead of product demand.
  
  

What You Bring

• Deep production infrastructure experience as a Platform Engineer or SRE at a global tech startup or scale-up. Not enterprise.
• You've designed and owned multi-cloud infrastructure from the ground up, including service orchestration, networking, and cloud strategy.
• A strong programmer who builds infra tooling in Go, Rust, or equivalent. You design systems, not just configure managed services.
• Proven ability to navigate security, stability, and throughput constraints simultaneously in production, making trade-offs without a playbook.
• Based in Stockholm or committed to relocating for a 5-day on-site role.
