Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Continuous Integration Engineer – Connected Experience to strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.


Responsibilities


You will be part of a Software Factory within the Infotainment domain, working to make CI/CD processes, environments, and product flows visible, actionable, and continuously improving. Through monitoring and visualization, you will help transform raw data into insights that enable teams to act efficiently.


As a Continuous Integration Engineer, you will ensure the Software Factory remains healthy and operational. You will work closely with CI developers and platform teams to monitor pipelines, support users, and guarantee smooth software delivery. The role is highly operational and hands-on, combining troubleshooting, automation, and collaboration.


  • Monitor CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and test flows to ensure stability and availability
  • Perform CI “nursing”, including both manual support and automated monitoring
  • Investigate failures across builds, tests, Jenkins, Gerrit, and environments to identify root causes
  • Act as first-line support for CI issues, coordinating and escalating when necessary
  • Collaborate with CI developers and infrastructure teams to resolve recurring issues and improve reliability
  • Contribute to automation of support workflows (auto-nursing)
  • Support configuration and usage of tools such as Gerrit and Jenkins within the CI ecosystem


Experience / Background

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with ability to analyze logs and identify issues across systems
  • Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Airflow, Gerrit, GitHub
  • Experience with Gerrit configuration or code review workflows
  • Programming skills in Python for automation and tooling
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken


Meritorious Experience

  • Experience working in large-scale CI environments
  • Familiarity with test infrastructure and release support
  • Experience in DevOps or platform support roles
