Commercial Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join a global organization operating within the energy and industrial sector. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful commercial execution of large-scale, technically advanced projects. You will play a key role in safeguarding business interests, driving project profitability, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

As Commercial Project Manager, you will:

• Act as the primary commercial contact for customers, partners, and both internal and external stakeholders, including financial institutions, insurance providers, legal teams, tax specialists, and finance functions.
• Lead the commercial aspects of project execution in close collaboration with the technical Project Manager.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities, including claims and contract-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with commercial contract requirements, terms, and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Take responsibility for cash flow management, financial guarantees, taxation, insurance matters, hedging activities, and claim management.
• Drive project budgeting, forecasting, financial follow-up, and reporting activities.
• Contribute to the overall project’s performance, profitability, and long-term customer satisfaction.

Salary: 50-60 000SEK/month

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, alternatively equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience as a Commercial Project Manager within industry, infrastructure, energy, engineering, or other project-driven environments.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: project financing, procurement, contract management, legal affairs, trade finance, or commercial project execution.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are beneficial.
