At Kami, we are redefining next-generation storytelling. As a data-driven transmedia ecosystem, we bring webtoons, vertical dramas, and interactive stories under one roof tailored for Gen-Z. We are building the "YouTube model for fiction," empowering creators to monetize their work from Day 1. We are now looking for a visionary and highly versatile Full Stack Developer (React Native & Node.js) to be the technical backbone of our core product team, driving our "Creator Economy" and transmedia vision forward!

The Focus of the Role

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of our ecosystem's most critical features, from database architecture to the final mobile user experience. Working closely with our Product and Design teams, you will integrate cutting-edge AI models, scale our backend to support millions of users, and build seamless mobile interfaces for our creators. You will be both the architect and the executor of our technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Execution: Build, scale, and maintain features across our entire stack, from our Express.js/MongoDB backend to our React Native (TypeScript) mobile application.

AI & Transmedia Integrations: Implement and optimize the technical infrastructure for our core AI features, utilizing OpenAI SDKs, vector databases, and our proprietary algorithms for "Story AI" and "AI Character Chat".

Scalable Architecture: Design high-performance RESTful APIs, manage our NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, and utilize caching (Redis) to ensure a flawless experience for a rapidly growing global user base.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:

3+ years of Full Stack development experience, with deep expertise in both React Native (mobile frontend) and Node.js/Express (backend).

A strong grasp of TypeScript and modern state management practices (Zustand, TanStack Query).

Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and caching mechanisms (Redis).

Experience integrating third-party APIs, payment gateways (IAP), and AI services (OpenAI).

A product-oriented mindset: You don't just write code; you care deeply about user experience, product metrics, and business goals.

A deep passion for the Creator Economy, digital storytelling, and building a global transmedia universe.
