Export Operation Specialist

Döhler Turkey is looking for an "Export Operation Specialist" to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with following qualifications;

Your Role

• Making shipment organization based on customer’s orders.
• Preparing export documents.
• Follow up export process with customs broker and internal departments (logistics, customer service, quality).
• Follow up shipments with transport companies.
• Sending original shipment documents to customers.
• Keep system up to date.
• Execute handling all related banking process of export.
• Controlling all related invoices regarding transport & customs charges and forwarding to finance department.
• Prepares and follows up on the necessary documents related to L/C and ensures the required coordination.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade departments or closely related field,
• Min. 3 years experience on export operations (food&beverage market experience is preferred),
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Good team player, strong communication skills,
• Analytical thinking with innovative point of view,
• Willing to take initiative and responsibility,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
