AI / ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI / ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine learning and Generative AI solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build production-ready AI systems, including LLM-based applications, predictive models, and intelligent automation platforms. Recent Kraków openings show strong demand for AI Engineering, LLMs, RAG systems, MLOps, and cloud-native AI deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning and AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models using modern frameworks.
• Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, semantic search, and AI agents.
• Create and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.
• Deploy AI models using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning, and automated retraining.
• Collaborate with product, data, backend, and frontend teams to integrate AI capabilities into business applications.
• Monitor model performance, drift, reliability, and operational metrics in production.
• Ensure AI systems meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with:
• PyTorch
• TensorFlow
• Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and model evaluation.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Understanding of:
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Prompt Engineering
• Vector Databases
• Embeddings
• Agentic AI Systems
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
