We're looking for an Applied AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between advanced AI models and production-grade software engineering, building robust multi-agent systems and GraphRAG pipelines that scale.
What you will do?
- Take an active role in shaping the technical and architectural roadmap for the AI-powered core of the product.
- Design, develop, and optimize production-grade agent loops and cognitive architectures using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Own the orchestration, monitoring, and maintenance of complex multi-agent systems in production.
- Build, deploy, and scale high-performance GraphRAG and Agentic Retrieval pipelines.
- Develop, test, and maintain robust Python-based AI services within a distributed microservices infrastructure.
- Ensure system reliability, low latency, and cost-efficiency of AI workloads in production.
- Provide technical mentorship to the AI engineering team, setting high standards for code quality, system design, and production engineering best practices.
What are we looking for?
- Hands-on experience architecting agent loops and production-grade workflows with LangChain and LangGraph.
- Deep expertise in designing and shipping production-ready RAG, GraphRAG, and Agentic Retrieval architectures.
- Strong experience integrating and querying graph databases (e.g., Neo4j) and vector databases to build hybrid, deterministic retrieval systems.
- Solid experience with microservices architecture, REST/gRPC APIs, asynchronous programming, and containerized environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Golang is a significant plus.
- A product-driven mindset: You care about reliability, latency, observability, and how the AI behaves for the end-user.
- Experience in technical leadership, guiding engineering teams, and driving architectural decisions.
