We are looking for a Head of AI for our global client operating in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s global AI strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Establish and lead a Global AI Hub, including team structure, capabilities, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities across products, services, operations, and corporate functions.
• Drive the development, scaling, and successful deployment of AI-powered solutions from concept through market adoption.
• Partner closely with regional and functional leaders to ensure effective implementation and business impact.
• Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks covering data management, cybersecurity, compliance, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strategic partnerships with technology providers, start-ups, academic institutions, and innovation ecosystems.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and inspire geographically distributed, cross-functional teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years of leadership experience in technology, digital transformation, digital products, innovation, data, or AI-related functions.
• Proven success in building and scaling AI, data, digital product, or innovation teams.
• Demonstrated experience bringing technology-driven products, platforms, or solutions to market.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, machine learning, data-driven business models, and customer-centric product development.
• Familiarity with modern data and AI ecosystems, including cloud platforms, data streaming technologies, and MLOps environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executive leadership, business units, technology teams, and external partners.
• Experience leading international and cross-functional organizations.
