Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analyst having the following qualifications to be employed in our project.

Job Details:

• Translate customer requirements and challanges into detailed product analysis
• Conduct product requirement meetings with business and engineering teams to develop the most optimal solution
• Document the needs with user stories, prepare mock-up and flow diagrams and transform them into analysis documents, transfer them to the development teams, ensure the correct communication between the business and software teams
• Analyzing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement
• Making research on technical trends and reporting new features
• Gaining knowledge of company policies , protocols and processes
• Have full knowledge of the inner system, ie. Databases & Services & Flows, behind the user interface.
• Bringing positive energy into the company , forming lasting professional relationships with staff
• Prepare system test cases and perform test steps to mitigate defects in test/production environments.
• Take responsibility end to end, ensure that the team’s output is equivalent to the requirements

Desired skills & experience:



• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills to integrate in a business analyst
• Experience in CRM & Customer Related products system analysis
• Knowledge in SOAP & Rest services, ability to design integration services
• Creating complex SQL Queries joining multiple datasets
• Experince in Jira
• Strong Analytical skills – has ability to ask right questions, analyze data, draws conclusion by making appropriate assumptions
• Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
• An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment
• Solid communication skills and team player
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload
