UX/UI Designer – Business Banking Platform

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site/Hybrid)

Contract Length: 3–6 Months

Salary: AED 25,000 per month

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a high-impact digital transformation project within the business banking sector. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centric experiences for a modern business banking platform used by SMEs, corporate clients, and internal banking teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create seamless digital banking experiences that improve usability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing.
• Create user journeys, personas, process flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile banking products.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into user-focused solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and banking compliance requirements.
• Analyze user feedback and platform performance data to drive continuous improvements.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within fintech, banking, financial services, or other complex digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across web and mobile applications.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with business banking, payments, lending, treasury, or financial products is highly desirable.
