• nt.Drive HR initiatives and projects by aligning HR policies and practices with business objectives and supporting continuous improvement effor
• ts.Analyze workforce data by monitoring HR metrics such as headcount (FTEs), personnel costs, absenteeism, and budget performance to support informed decision-maki
• ng.Coach and support managers on change management, performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and healthy work environme
• nt.Ensure compliance and employee relations by implementing HR policies, adhering to Norwegian labor laws, collaborating with unions, and leading engagement and training initiativ

Key Qualifications / Experie

  +5 years of HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner or similar
• role.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree prefer
• red).Strong understanding of Norwegian labor laws and regulat
• ions.Analytical abilities with experience in HR metrics, budgeting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, along with excellent communication and conflict resolution sk
