Job Title: Lead Network & Cyber Security Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Network & Cyber Security Engineer to design, implement, manage, and optimize enterprise network and security infrastructures across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in network security, cloud security, data center technologies, cybersecurity operations, and team leadership, with experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network and security solutions.

• Manage and support Cisco networking technologies including routers, switches, wireless solutions, Cisco ISE, Meraki, and SD-WAN environments.

• Administer and optimize security platforms such as Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, F5 Load Balancers, Riverbed WAN Optimization, and VPN technologies.

• Design and implement cloud security architectures across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments.

• Lead cloud migration projects and ensure secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms.

• Configure and manage IAM, access control, identity governance, and network segmentation policies.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve critical network and security incidents in enterprise and data center environments.

• Implement cybersecurity controls including IDS/IPS, web filtering, endpoint protection, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.

• Manage network routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, VRRP, and STP.

• Design and maintain secure remote access and site-to-site VPN solutions.

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure secure service delivery.

• Lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance to operational teams.

• Develop network and security documentation, architecture diagrams, policies, and standard operating procedures.

• Participate in change management, risk assessments, and security audits.

• Support CDN, cloud networking, and hybrid infrastructure environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering, Network Security, Cyber Security, and Cloud Infrastructure.

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco ISE, Meraki, F5, and Riverbed solutions.

• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking and security services.

• Strong understanding of IAM, Zero Trust concepts, VPN technologies, and enterprise security frameworks.

• Experience supporting enterprise data centers and large-scale network environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
