We are partnering with a leading organisation to appoint an Executive Director – Strategy & Insight, a critical leadership role responsible for shaping data-led strategy & insights across a diverse portfolio.

The Opportunity

This role will oversee Data & Insights ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling evidence-based decision-making at executive level.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic transformation, performance, and long-term value creation, helping the organisation evolve as a forward-thinking, data-driven enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and lead enterprise-wide strategy, objectives, and operating plans
• Drive performance management and cross-functional integration
• Lead organisational transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programmes

Data & Innovation

• Develop and embed enterprise data analytics frameworks
• Drive the use of data and insights to inform strategic and commercial decisions
• Translate data into actionable insights for executive leadership

People Leadership

• Build and lead high-performing teams across strategy & analytics
• Drive capability development and organisational effectiveness
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
