PHP Laravel Developer (Fintech / Payments)

Remote (must be UK Based)

We’re looking for a hands-on PHP Laravel Developer to join a high-growth platform. Fintech experience required.

The Role

Build and deliver new features using PHP and Laravel

Take full ownership from concept through to deployment and optimisation

Work on payment flows, checkout experiences, and backend systems

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a delivery-focused environment

Contribute to performance, scalability, and reliability of a global platform

What We’re Looking For

Strong commercial experience with PHP and Laravel

Background working on fintech, payments, or transaction-heavy platforms

Confident working in a hands-on, delivery-focused role

Experience owning and shipping features independently

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, product-driven team

Nice to Have

Experience with payment gateways or integrations

Sales tax or VAT handling

Foreign exchange and multi currency systems

PCI compliance or secure payment environments

Subscription or recurring billing platforms
