Regional Product Manager

My client is a global leader in industrial automation. It operates across multiple regions, offering advanced solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and efficiency in various industries. They are looking to hire a Regional Product Manager for their Singapore office.

In this role, you'll lead the development and growth of a global product portfolio, shape long-term strategy, and drive innovation to meet evolving market needs. You’ll work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure product relevance, differentiation, and sustained business impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute product portfolio strategy aligned with market trends and business goals
• Lead value creation initiatives and present business cases for new product investments
• Monitor global product performance and competitive dynamics to drive market impact
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from launch to enhancement and phase-out
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including portfolio ownership in the industrial automation, electronics or semicon manufacturing space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
• Experience in customer-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems is a plus
