What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional development teams supporting cloud-native application modernization and migration
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Security teams to ensure effective backlog prioritization
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain team productivity and focus
• Advocate for a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with BS/BA; 6 years with MS/MA; 3 years with PhD; or 12 years with a high school diploma
• Must be a US Citizen
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Experience as a Scrum Master in software development or cloud engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling approaches
