Senior Product Manager – Global Transformation & Product Delivery

Role Summary

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, global delivery execution, and business value realization, leading complex, large-scale transformation programs across geographies. The Senior Product Manager is accountable for driving end-to-end product delivery across distributed teams and multi-vendor ecosystems, ensuring solutions are scalable, adoption-ready, and aligned to measurable business outcomes.

The role requires proven expertise in global product delivery, scaled agile execution, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and release strategy aligned to enterprise transformation goals and business outcomes
• Balance short-term delivery commitments with long-term platform evolution and scalability
• Lead Global Product Delivery
• Drive end-to-end product delivery across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment across distributed teams, time zones, and delivery partners
• Establish delivery governance to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes across regions
• Run Scaled Agile Programs
• Lead execution within scaled agile / hybrid delivery models, orchestrating multiple workstreams, epics, and releases
• Drive prioritization decisions across features, releases, and remediation based on value, risk, dependencies, and capacity
• Manage Complex Cross-Functional Teams
• Lead and align cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, vendors, and operations
• Foster collaboration across product, engineering, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders
• Vendor & Ecosystem Leadership
• Manage system integrators, product vendors, and partners within a multi-vendor ecosystem
• Define clear outcomes, govern delivery performance, and ensure accountability to quality, timelines, and value realization
• Stakeholder & Executive Management
• Act as the primary interface between business leadership, program governance, and delivery teams
• Influence and align senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Value Realization & Transformation Outcomes
• Establish and lead the Value Realization Office (VRO), including KPI definition, benefits tracking, and realization governance
• Ensure delivery is outcome-driven, with clear linkage between product features and business impact
• UAT & Business Readiness Leadership
• Own UAT strategy and execution, including scope definition, test governance, entry/exit criteria, defect triage, and sign-off
• Ensure UAT validates end-to-end business workflows, controls, and adoption readiness, not just system functionality
• Risk, Dependency & Governance Management
• Proactively manage cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies, risks, and trade-offs using data-backed insights
• Operate effectively within complex, dynamic environments with evolving priorities
• Executive Reporting & Insights
• Provide leadership-level reporting on delivery health, program risks, vendor performance, and realized vs forecasted value
• Drive transparency and decision-making through actionable insights
  

Key Capabilities & Experience

• Product & Transformation Leadership
• 10+ years of experience in product management, global product delivery, or large-scale digital transformation programs
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise platforms or products in complex environments
• Global Delivery & Distributed Teams
• Demonstrated experience leading product delivery across multiple geographies and distributed teams
• Strong ability to operate across cultures, time zones, and organizational boundaries
• Scaled Agile & Program Execution
• Deep experience running scaled agile programs (SAFe or equivalent) and managing multi-workstream delivery
• Strong understanding of agile, hybrid, and enterprise delivery models
• Complex Ecosystem & Vendor Management
• Proven ability to operate within multi-vendor, multi-partner ecosystems, managing interdependencies and performance
• Experience governing system integrators and product vendors at scale
• Stakeholder & Influence
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders globally
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills

• Expertise in benefits realization, KPI definition, and outcome tracking
• Ability to connect delivery metrics with business value
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional teams across product, engineering, UX, operations, and business functions
• Domain Expertise (Preferred)
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Products (CP), or Travel & Hospitality domains
• Operating in Complexity
• Proven ability to navigate highly complex environments involving large-scale transformation, multiple vendors, and global delivery teams
