Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)

Good to have skills : AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI

Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative artificial intelligence, into scalable and production-ready pipelines. Daily activities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of solutions, optimizing performance, and addressing challenges related to deep learning, neural networks, and intelligent automation. The position demands a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement within dynamic project environments, ensuring that solutions meet high standards of quality and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that align with project goals and organizational standards.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their technical growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI system designs.
  
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Good To Have Skills: Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI models using cloud-based AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to design and maintain production-grade application pipelines with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Familiarity with chatbot development, image processing techniques, and integration of generative AI models into solutions.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
