We're hiring a Software Engineer to join a high-performing hedge fund in Oxford, working on a bespoke Order Management System at the heart of a systematic trading business.

You'll collaborate with quantitative researchers, mathematicians, traders, and world-class engineers to develop the platforms that drive data ingestion, position tracking, monitoring, reporting, and execution across the firm's trading infrastructure.

🔹 What you'll bring:

• 2+ years' experience with Python and/or C++

• Strong SQL and Pandas skills

• Linux, Bash scripting, and version control experience

• Understanding of TCP/IP networking

• Passion for building clean, robust, well-tested software

💡 Nice to have:

• Experience with large-scale PostgreSQL databases (5TB+)

• Low-latency systems

• FIX protocol

• Advanced C++ development

🎓 Degree from Oxbridge or a leading university in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
