Business Analyst -Consultant

Location: London / Hybrid

Salary: £50,000-£55,000

Security Clearance: SC eligibility preferred

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join one of the world's leading change and transformation consultancies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activity across technology-enabled client engagements.
• Run stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements sessions with confidence.
• Translate business problems into clear requirements, process maps, and delivery-ready outputs.
• Support broader consulting work across discovery, analysis, and client-facing delivery.
• Contribute to high-quality engagement outcomes on complex transformation programmes.

Candidate Profile / Technical Skillset

• 2-5 years in a consulting firm, ideally with a technology or transformation focus.
• Demonstrable BA experience across multiple client engagements, not just isolated project support.
• Broad consulting background, with exposure to PMO, project, data, or business consulting work.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Eligible for SC clearance, with a strong academic profile and a polished consulting presence.

The Business Analyst package:

• Base Salary- £50,000-£55,000
