Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35)

Location: UK Hub – 2 days per week onsite

Duration: Initial 6-month contract

We're looking for experienced Scrum Masters to join a growing Scrum Master Guild supporting the adoption of a Product Operating Model across the business. You'll play a key role in coaching squads, embedding agile best practices and fostering collaboration across Product, Engineering and QA teams.

What you'll be doing:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective delivery across cross-functional squads.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Support the adoption and embedding of a Product Operating Model across the organisation.
• Act as a servant leader, helping teams improve collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams to drive delivery outcomes.
• Foster agile maturity within squads, supporting both newly formed and established teams.
• Encourage and support initiatives around test automation, shift-left testing and AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Challenge and engage engineering teams through meaningful technical discussions
• Contribute to the wider Scrum Master Guild and help strengthen communities of practice.

What we need from you:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience within Financial Services environments, with insurance experience highly desirable.
• Ability to engage confidently with engineering teams and understand technical concepts
• Technical background gained through previous experience in QA, Software Engineering or Business Analysis preferred.
• Strong practitioner of Scrum, with experience coaching teams at varying levels of agile maturity.
• Experience supporting agile transformations and embedding new ways of working.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
