.Net Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join a major Defence Sustainment Program, delivering enterprise applications within a secure and highly regulated environment.

Working as part of a large-scale technology delivery team, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting business-critical applications while contributing to the ongoing evolution of the platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex solutions supporting national capability programs.

Contract Summary

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• Develop and support solutions using C# and .NET / .NET Core frameworks.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to application enhancements, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Work collaboratively within Agile and project delivery teams.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience developing applications using .NET / .NET Core.
• Strong C# development experience.
• Experience working on enterprise application development and support initiatives.
• Experience operating within secure, regulated, or complex delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Security Requirements

• Baseline Security Clearance required.
• NV1 or NV2 Clearance highly regarded.

Highly Regarded

• Experience within Defence, Federal Government, or national security environments.
• Experience supporting mission-critical or highly available enterprise applications.
• Exposure to secure software development practices and governance frameworks.
