Program Manager

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to join our team, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of financial acumen, leadership, and communication skills to manage projects, align stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and business objectives
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
• Drive execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring accountability for deliverables
• Utilize tools such as Excel, ChatGPT, and Claude to support planning, reporting, and decision-making
• Monitor financials related to projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking performance
• Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders, including status updates, risks, and mitigation plans
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency
• Proactively resolve issues and remove roadblocks to keep programs on track

• Proven experience as a Project or Program Manager delivering complex initiatives
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and tracking performance
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
