Data & AI Lead

We are seeking a Data & AI Lead to define, drive, and scale our data and artificial intelligence strategy. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and innovation, enabling the organization to leverage data and AI as key drivers of business value. The ideal candidate will lead data initiatives, guide technical teams, and promote the adoption of AI solutions across business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the organization’s Data & AI roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and mentor data professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Design and oversee modern data architectures, data platforms, and governance frameworks.

• Drive the adoption of AI and Machine Learning solutions, including Generative AI initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data and AI can generate measurable impact.

• Ensure data quality, security, scalability, and compliance across all data-related initiatives.

• Stay up to date with emerging trends in Data, AI, and cloud technologies, translating them into business opportunities.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or related fields, including leadership responsibilities.

• Strong understanding of modern data platforms, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies, including practical implementation of business use cases.

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data ecosystem tools.

• Experience working with Azure Data Services, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or similar cloud technologies.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex data initiatives.

• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

• Language: Advanced/Fluent English is a must.
