The Role

  • Design, build, and operate robust, production-grade data products and data infrastructure in AWS
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data pipelines using AWS-native services
  • Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and development teams to define data contracts, schemas, and access patterns
  • Enable and support automated AI/ML and MLOps workflows, including repeatable training and deployment pipelines
  • Drive best practices for Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and cloud observability in a large-scale AWS environment

What You'll Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer with a strong focus on AWS cloud environments
  • Strong experience designing and operating scalable data platforms on AWS (e.g., S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda, SageMaker)
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining reliable data pipelines with a clear focus on performance, cost efficiency, and operational stability
  • Advanced programming skills in Python and SQL, including experience with large, distributed datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD in cloud environments (CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation)
  • Ability and interest to enable AI/ML use cases on top of data platforms
