Work Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week onsite). Initially, it can be full-on-site

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

• You will work in the Business Solutions department and participate in the complete overhaul of the CLIENT mobile application.
• As part of this strategic program, we are looking for an experienced Tech Lead capable of defining the technical foundations of the project, setting up Sprint 0, supporting the teams in the technological choices and ensuring the preparation of the large-scale delivery.
• The Tech Lead will intervene from the scoping phase and will remain involved throughout the life cycle of the project in order to guarantee the technical coherence, the quality of the developments and the sustainability of the solution.

The role is central to:

• Definition of the target architecture,
• the establishment of the development environment,
• the structuring of the delivery,
• l'adoption de Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP),
• support for business and functional teams,
• the implementation of AI governance covering the entire project cycle
• End Goal of the Role

Ensure that:

• the target architecture is robust, scalable and maintainable;
• Sprint 0 provides all the elements needed to start development.
• developers can be onboarded quickly and efficiently;
• the technical choices are consistent with CLIENT's digital strategy;
• the technical estimates are reliable;
• technical risks are identified and controlled;
• Teams can leverage artificial intelligence in a structured, secure, and efficient way during all phases of the project.
• The new app is built on a foundation that allows for sustainable development over several years.

• Target architecture;
