We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer with experience in mobile gaming to work on a mobile F2P title, combining analytics and data modeling while taking ownership of complex data challenges in a fast-moving environment. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders, dive into complex product questions, and help keep our data reliable, efficient, and well-structured as the product evolves.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain reliable data models and business logic for product and marketing analytics
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper tracking of all data required for user behavior analysis
- Perform deep-dive analyses on complex product questions beyond standard reporting
- Ensure data quality and consistency across the analytics layer
- Clearly communicate insights and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to data governance practices, including documentation, structure, and maintainability
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a data analyst or data/BI engineer in mobile gaming industry
- Strong SQL skills for data modelling and extraction
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (Looker/Omni preferred)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and flexibility
- Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written), with a strong command of vocabulary to communicate effectively in professional contexts.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of FTP mobile game economics and user acquisition
- Experience with Git to track changes, collaborate with teams, and maintain code quality
- Python programming skills
- Experience with BigQuery computational efficiency and cost management
- Experience with AI -driven development (We use Claude)
- Experience with DBT and its best practices
