Quality Assurance Lead

In this role, you’ll shape testing strategy, improve processes and support other QA engineers.

You’ll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project management to ensure high-quality delivery and a clear, effective QA approach.

You are a great match if you have:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software QA
• Experience mentoring and guiding QA engineers
• Proven track record in improving QA processes and strategy
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and risk assessment
• Fluent in written and spoken Estonian

Your Mission in This Role:

• Lead and evolve QA strategy, processes, and quality standards
• Drive testing vision and technical direction across teams
• Mentor, coach, and develop QA engineers
• Foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Define and track quality KPIs and drive improvements
• Oversee test strategies and contribute to manual and automated testing
