Position Summar

yThe Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), EMEA supports leaders and employees across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region by providing guidance on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and talent acquisition


.
As the primary HR contact for assigned client groups, the HRBP works closely with managers to support business objectives, strengthen team effectiveness, address employee matters, and help build a positive and productive work environment. The role also partners with leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policie

    ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or comp
  • arable role.Experience supporting managers and employees within a multinational o
  • rganization.Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters and providing day-to-day HR support to busin
  • ess leaders.Experience leading full-cycle recruitment activities for professional, technical, and sale
  • s positions.Experience working across multiple countries within the EMEA region is consider
  • ed an asset.Experience within a technology, software, telecommunications, engineering or environment is also consider
