We are now looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform field data into actionable insights that guide hardware development and improve product robustness and feature quality.

About The Project

In this project, you will work with complex, real-world field data related to hardware performance and usage. Your mission is to analyze performance trends, uncover meaningful patterns, and turn current performance observations into clear design rules that inform where future hardware development should focus.

You will be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, helping them translate business and engineering questions into data-driven analyses. The role combines hands-on data access and wrangling, statistical analysis, and the creation of clear visualizations that make complex findings easy to understand and act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Access, clean, and analyze field data using AI/LLM tools, SQL, and Python.
• Develop visualizations and dashboards that clearly communicate complex findings.
• Apply statistical methods to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate business and engineering questions into well-structured technical analyses.
• Communicate results and recommendations clearly to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data science.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data access, wrangling, and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to create clear, compelling visualizations (e.g., dashboards, reports, charts).
• Comfortable working with ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with guided autonomy and flexibility.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders.
  
  

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with a broad range of statistical techniques and good judgment on when to apply them.
• Experience with AWS tools, such as SageMaker, for data processing or model development.
• Experience working with hardware-related or field performance data.
• Experience using AI/LLM-based tools to accelerate analysis and reporting.
