What You'll Do

• Lead the administration and optimisation of Microsoft Intune environments

• Manage enterprise-scale Windows endpoint configuration, compliance, and security controls

• Deliver and support Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioning solutions

• Oversee mobile device management across iOS and Android platforms

• Support endpoint security, compliance, and corporate mobility initiatives

• Investigate and resolve complex endpoint-related incidents and operational issues

• Partner with security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver endpoint solutions

• Drive endpoint management best practices and operational excellence

• Support automation initiatives through PowerShell and endpoint management tooling

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years' experience in endpoint management, EUC, or workplace technology environments

• Extensive hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience

• Strong expertise managing Windows endpoints at enterprise scale

• Proven experience delivering Windows Autopilot and automated provisioning solutions

• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and device management best practices

• Experience managing incidents and supporting business-critical environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to operate effectively across technical and business teams
