Your new role
In this varied position, you will support key business functions across Human Resources, Health & Safety, Payroll, and Administration. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance aligned with Irish legislation and internal policies while supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement.
Your duties will include:
- Managing employee records, contracts, and HR systems
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance processes
- Assisting with employee relations and HR compliance
- Maintaining health & safety systems, records, and audits
- Supporting incident investigations and safety initiatives
- Processing payroll inputs and managing queries
- Coordinating training and maintaining compliance records
- Providing general administrative support and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or compliance roles
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Understanding of workplace health & safety requirements ideally
- Experience in payroll administration is desirable
- Experience with HR systems would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Great presentation skills and overall professionalism
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Ability to prioritise tasks independently
