Job Description
My client is seeking a Contract Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support technology services and infrastructure programmes, with a focus on application, monitoring systems, project documentation, and stakeholder coordination within a regulated environment.
Job Responsibilitie
- sSupport the delivery of infrastructure and technology services projects, ensuring key milestones, actions, dependencies, and risks are tracked effectively
- .Coordinate project activity across technical teams, business stakeholders, service management teams, and external partners
- .Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, project plans, process documents, milestone trackers, and status updates
- .Assist with infrastructure and service management planning, particularly across application and monitoring system workstreams
- .Organise and coordinate workshops, including logistics, agenda preparation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up with stakeholders
- .Support process analysis activities, documenting current and future-state processes where required
- .Manage complex administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth project governance and delivery
- .Communicate clearly with stakeholders at different levels, ensuring project updates, risks, decisions, and next steps are visible and well understood

Experience Requir
- edMinimum 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, PMO, or similar project delivery rol
- e.Previous experience supporting infrastructure, technology services, application, or systems management project
- s.Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to work confidently with technical and non-technical stakeholder
- s.Experience working in regulated environments would be highly advantageou
- s.Strong process analysis, documentation, organisation, and communication skill
- s.Proven ability to manage project actions, coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and support delivery team
- s.Experience using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Visio, MS Project, or similar platforms to manage project milestones and documentatio
- n.Ability to work on-site in Dublin 1 for 2–3 days per wee
