Head of ICT Risk management (IKT riska vadības vadītājs/-a) | SEB, Riga

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of ICT Risk management to join our team. You'll join the Product Development and Technology management team in Baltic banks and get engaged to overall strategic agenda, reporting directly to the Head of Product development and Technology, and actively engage with stakeholders across organization and SEB Group to ensure effective risk management. In addition, you will play a key part in driving and enhancing our ICT risk management practices to safeguard the integrity, security, and continuity of our IT operations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of three dedicated individuals.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not exclusive to:

• Lead ICT Risk Management: identify, evaluate, and mitigate ICT risks to ensure the security and continuity of ICT operations.
• Develop and Maintain ICT Risk Scenarios, set ICT controls and manage business continuity within the ICT domain.
• Monitor ICT Risk Profile: continuously track and report aggregated risk levels to relevant management.
• Provide expertise and guidance on ICT-related regulatory and compliance matters.
• Work with internal and external teams to align on risk management and compliance standards.
• Lead and develop the team: set priorities, drive accountability, and support team performance to deliver ICT risk objectives
  
  

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• 5+ years of experience in ICT risk management and technology, ideally within financial institutions or other regulated industries.
• Strong competence in risk management, IT service management, information security, and business continuity management.
• A solid understanding of European regulations for ICT risk and information security management.
• Proven ability to drive and manage risk management processes across the organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), as daily work takes place in a Baltic team and involves participation in Baltic-level projects.
