Data Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operations Specialist who can ensure data integrity, investigate issues, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of improving operational processes. 

What You’ll Do 

• Data Integrity & Monitoring: Oversee daily data operations, ensuring system accuracy, completeness. 
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for other departments regarding operational logic requests. 
• Tool & Pipeline Management: Utilize internal tools, writing SQL queries and Regex patterns to parse, clean, and manipulate data. 
• Problem Solving & RCA: Own the investigative process when data issues arise.  
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data workflows, internal tool configurations, and operational processes. 

What we are looking for 

Technical Skills 

• SQL : Strong ability to write and read queries (e.g., joins, subqueries, aggregations) to extract and analyze data. 
• Regex (Regular Expressions): Solid understanding of Regex for pattern matching, and text parsing within internal tools. 
• Analytical Mindset: A natural knack for spotting trends, anomalies, and inconsistencies in large datasets.  

Core Soft Skills & Competencies 

•  Communication Skills: Ability to clearly explain operational logic and react to requests from non-technical stakeholders 
•  Ownership: You take pride in your work, proactively hunt down solutions to problems, and don't wait for someone else to fix a broken process. 
• Adaptability: Comfortable working with proprietary internal tools and quick to learn new systems as they evolve. 
• Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple requests from different departments simultaneously.
