Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a IT Developer Consultant to join our journey:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Java (various versions), Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle PL-SQL, and .NET within a banking environment.
• Maintain and enhance legacy applications while supporting migration to modern architectures.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability of financial applications.
• Develop and integrate APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware for interoperability across banking platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, system architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Ensure all developments comply with regulatory, compliance, and security standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring new technologies and recommending enhancements.

How do we imagine our future IT Developer Consultant?

• Strong expertise in Java SE/EE (multiple versions), Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Proven experience in .NET development (important for legacy applications).
• Solid knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and query optimization.
• Solid experience with core integration technologies: Kafka, Spark, Apache Camel, RabbitMQ, and API integration protocols.
• Experience in banking, fund administration, or securities processing is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial
• services.Nice to have: microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps practices (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and financial IT security
• protocols.Knowledge of ETL tools is an asset (e.g. Power Centre).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a rigorous and structured approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, experienced in Agile delivery.
• Languages: Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
