Product Owner

A client of mine are searching for a freelance Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define the product vision and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
• Analyse market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including HR teams, service teams, and technical teams, to gather requirements and set priorities.
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.

ServiceNow and CMS Management:

• Leverage your expertise in ServiceNow and Customer Management Systems to optimize workflows and customer service delivery.
• Ensure systems are configured and utilized to their full potential to improve efficiency and user experience.

Customer-Centric Focus:

• Continuously engage with clients and end-users to gather feedback and refine product offerings.

Key Requirements

Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch (mandatory).

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow and Customer Management Systems.

Professional Experience:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
