Job Description

  • Monitoring production performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing management reports.
  • Analyzing production costs and deviations from planned targets.
  • Collaborating in the preparation of monthly and annual production plans.
  • Preparing financial analyses related to production costs and optimizing cost structures.
  • Actively participating in budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as tracking actual performance against plans.
  • Proposing measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Working closely with production, technology, R&D, procurement, and finance departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or another relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Proficient in English and Slovene.
  • Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a proactive approach.
