Platform Engineer - Golang

You will join the Service Automation product team, which is responsible for collecting Service Automation demands within our area. This includes gathering automation use cases, developing shared building blocks, and creating a state-of-the-art abstraction/orchestration layer. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in automation technologies, keeping a great user experience for our internal customers in mind.

• Design, develop, and maintain GoLang-based microservices with REST and gRPC interfaces.
• Collaborate on infrastructure automation using Terraform and Azure Container Apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to enhance the process, role and capabilities of automation, utilizing standardized techniques.
• Develop innovative automation strategies that improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance system performance. 
• Assist and Consult internal customers with their automation needs.

• Proven experience in GoLang development (3+ years), ideally in microservices architecture.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/OpenTofu) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Platform Engineering, DevOps and cloud practices, including CI/CD (GitLab), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu) and Azure deployments.
• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration.
