Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, preparing documentation and conducting initial orientations.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for HR projects.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
