About Us

Gisou is born out of a passion for bees and haircare, based on a six-generation beekeeping heritage, our products are inspired by and made with the finest, sustainably sourced ingredients from our very own Mirsalehi Bee Garden.

At Gisou we are on a mission to share our HONEY GLOW. As a rapidly growing scale-up, we're dedicated to crafting iconic beauty products, and building a world-class team to drive our vision and brand forward. We are talent obsessed and deeply believe that the raw skills of our people, and their collective brilliance is what makes us truly extraordinary!

What You'll Do

Project & portfolio management

  • Track critical path milestones and proactively flag risks and delays to founders and stakeholders
  • Drive accountability across suppliers and internal teams to keep launches on schedule
  • Maintain clear documentation: approval records, change logs, cost trackers
  • Maintain project plans across multiple simultaneous launches and brand portfolios
  • Manage all meeting cadences across the portfolio: prepare agendas, run sessions, write decision minutes and own action follow-up
  • Prepare management review presentations: portfolio status, risks, key decisions and launch readiness for founders and senior leadership

Supplier & manufacturer management

  • Manage manufacturers (filling, components, packaging) across relevant markets
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing and new supply partners
  • Discuss and challenge timelines with manufacturers; escalate blockers and push for solutions
  • Prepare and facilitate manufacturer meetings and debriefs; own all follow-up actions through to closure
  • Liaise with procurement to track development and manufacturing cost progress

Industrialisation & scale-up

  • Own the handover process from formula and packaging approval through to bulk production sign-off
  • Manage the full industrialisation timeline: trials, benchmarks, stability submissions, line trials and first production runs
  • Coordinate between internal teams (NPD, marketing, packaging, creative, regulatory) and external factories to resolve technical and production challenges
  • Ensure factory output meets brand quality standards and internal specifications at every stage

Internal alignment & stakeholder coordination

  • Organise and lead cross-functional meetings with creative, marketing, regulatory and NPD teams
  • Serve as the central point of contact across all internal functions and external partners throughout the development cycle

Who You Are

  • You have 4–7+ years of experience in project management, product development, or operations within beauty or FMCG.
  • You are highly structured and thrive in managing multiple complex projects and launches simultaneously without losing attention to detail
  • You are a natural coordinator who brings clarity, alignment, and momentum across diverse stakeholders (internal teams, founders, suppliers, and manufacturers)
  • You are confident working with external partners and are able to challenge timelines, negotiate solutions, and push for accountability when needed
  • You have strong experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management, from development through industrialisation and scale-up
  • You are comfortable working with technical and operational details (timelines, cost tracking, production planning, quality standards) while also understanding brand priorities
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to translate complexity into clear updates, decisions, and action plans for senior stakeholders
  • You are highly proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to anticipate risks before they become issues

What We Offer

  • 1 day of remote working per week.
  • Subsidised fresh daily lunch via our partner Feedr, plus drinks and snacks provided in the office.
  • Regular team activities and drinks.
  • Contribution towards ClassPass membership.
  • Mental health support via OpenUp.
  • Ability to lease a bike with a small employer contribution.
  • Every year, you’ll receive a personal employee gift card.

At Gisou, you’ll be part of an ambitious, fast-growing beauty company with an international, dynamic, and collaborative atmosphere. You’ll join a team of creative powerhouses and bold thinkers who bring out the best in each other and work together to build something iconic.

Growth here isn’t a side benefit it’s part of the journey. As our business continues to evolve globally, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to stretch your skills, push your boundaries, and shape the future of beauty with us.
