We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong technical understanding and experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, people, and outsourced development teams. This role will work closely with Solution Architects, Strategic Designers, clients in the Netherlands, and development teams in Vietnam.

The ideal candidate is client-facing, structured, delivery-focused, and able to bridge business, design, and technology. They should be comfortable managing product roadmaps, project priorities, client communication, and technical delivery in a distributed team setup.


The Product Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Own and manage product delivery across multiple projects or client accounts.
  • Act as the key bridge between clients, Solution Architects, Strategic Designers, and development teams.
  • Work with clients to understand business goals, product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
  • Translate client needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical scope, feasibility, dependencies, and estimates.
  • Collaborate with Designers to align user experience, discovery outcomes, and product direction.
  • Manage development progress with internal and outsourced teams, including teams based in Vietnam.
  • Prioritize backlogs, manage sprint planning, track delivery, and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Manage risks, scope changes, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead client-facing meetings, product demos, roadmap sessions, and progress updates.
  • Ensure product outcomes meet business goals, user needs, quality expectations, and delivery timelines.


The Designer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

The Designer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

  • Senior-level experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or Project/Product Lead.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and delivery streams at the same time.
  • Proven experience managing outsourced, offshore, or distributed development teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum product delivery.
  • Able to write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
  • Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Designers, and software development teams.
  • English is required; Dutch is preferred.
  • Based in the Netherlands or able to work closely with Netherlands-based clients (Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00 CET.)

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with development teams in Vietnam or Southeast Asia.
  • Experience in software agencies, consulting firms, SaaS companies, or digital product studios.
  • Background in software engineering, business analysis, or technical delivery.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Linear, Notion, Miro, or Figma.
  • Experience with discovery, MVP definition, roadmap planning, and product strategy.
